I really think they did a great job fixing my dryer.

No resolution as of 5 August 2013. Still waiting to hear back from American Appliance Repair. I also submitted complaint to the 2-10 Home Warranty company about them and was told they were checking into the situation.

Two different repairmen have been to the house three times and getting them to come out has been worse than pulling teeth.  
At the conclusion of the initial visit, the repairman said he needed to order parts.  We never heard from him again.  A month later, after calling the office several times and being told they'd call me right back (which they never did), and asking the home warranty company to intervene, American Appliance Repair finally called to schedule a follow-up.  I was given a standard three hour appointment window.  The new repairman was,  of course, late, but called to say he was on his way.  He repaired the oven but we had to ask him if he had a thermometer to verify that the repair was successful.  Unfortunately, it wasn't and he acknowledged that another part was needed and would only take a week to arrive.  At the end of his visit, he told me the work was complete and left before I could fully test the cooktop.  We realized within a minute of his departure that the cooktop vent, which had worked previously, was disabled and the gas was turned off.  I called him and the company within 5 minutes of his departure but my calls were not answered or messages returned.  I had to wait until the morning to speak to anyone.  He came back later the next day and fixed the vent fan.   
Another month has passed and I am still waiting for a call about my oven control panel.  I've called the office and gotten the same run-around that they will call me right back.  I called them a week ago and they haven't returned my call.   The home warranty company is also not able to give me a time frame and had trouble getting information from them.
The folks who answer the phone at American Appliance Repair LLC are pleasant enough but will just give you the run-around.  They never call back.  Make the repairman check his work.  We were told our oven was fixed but we had to request that the repairman check it with a thermometer.  Afterwards he acknowledged that the sensor he'd replaced wasn't the problem.  
I don't know what's going on behind the scenes at this company but I hope I never have to work with them again.  Their customer service is terrible and their work is mediocre at best.
