Kiel was honest and professional, Kiel could have easily sold us a new furnace which our usual company has been trying to do for the last two years. When we are ready to replace it, it will be All-Ways Air that will get our business. Our whole family can sleep better at night thanks to Kiel. Plus we feel much better knowing more about carbon monoxide and having detectors in the house.

I found Kiel's add online. During our initial call he took the time to explain what the problem could be based on the description of the problem I provided. He confirmed his diagnostic fees as they were detailed in his add. I explained I had a tenant in my rental property; he took the tenant's name and phone number handled all the coordination the next day. My tenant and Kiel both called me to explain the initial diagnostic and how the incorrect thermostat was installed preventing the backup electric heat from kicking in when it got really cold outside. After giving Kiel the approval to install the thermostat, he already taken it upon himself to clean the heating coil at no charge and note the size of the filter required for the unit. Upon completion of the job Kiel called to discuss what he had done, and I confirmed everything with my tenant. The process was smooth, professional, and extremely helpful. I would definitely use Kiel's services again.
