All Star Maids L.L.C.

When you hire a company, you want someone you can trust to do the job right, and someone you trust to be honest and transparent if something goes wrong. That was NOT our experience when we hired All Star Maids on Thumbtack and I hate that I even have to write this review but their inconsistent story/refusal to cooperate with what might have caused damage to our home has led us to this. We noticed damage to our bathroom vanity and water damage in the ceiling directly below the vanity after the cleaning. Damage to our home aside, this isn’t a company we would hire again as the cleaning was unsatisfactory - we noticed cobwebs still on ceiling fans, dusty baseboards, water stains on sink fixtures, etc. all things they claim they clean. Upon inquiring about the damage, the company blamed us - that we left on a sink/a sink was dripping, and that the cleaner had to clean up a bunch of water on the floor before starting the cleaning. When we inquired about the damage we heard "they encountered this on the initial walk-through" and they've been incredibly inconsistent in that story. We were still home at the time of the walk-through and no issues were communicated to us - and this level of damage would've been something to communicate immediately. We know we did not leave a sink running/dripping and we know we did not leave a pile of water on the floor, we know that it was not caused by any pipe/bathroom issue as we have thoroughly inspected everything to see if we had a leak. We absolutely know our vanity did not look like that when we left our home before the cleaning. Nothing they are saying adds up to explain how our home was damaged. We reached out to the company to seek to understand what happened and for insurance information because the vanity needs replaced and the ceiling needs to be repaired and they refuse to cooperate.

They’ve always been very reliable.  They do a good job, better than anyone else.
