This review is in regards to Alex Perez @ Alex Hvac . I hired them to do a job at my house replacing the air conditioning system . I gave them the full amount of 5500 dollars for their work. They never installed the entire system , the parts that the did install were not up to county code . I asked them for a full refund for the amount owed and still they do nothing but make this situation worse on my family and myself. I waited months for them to correct the situation and had to use another company to complete the job to protect my children’s health and the integrity of my home . I am not asking for them to compensate me for my wasted time, the damage to my home or the attorneys fees I have incurred in trying to get my money back . I just want them to return the money I paid for the incorrectly and incomplete job they attempted to do at my home. I have every right to continue the current litigation as the DPOR has already fined them and found you guilty . I don’t feel the judge would reach a different conclusion than DPOR. This is not the first time they have done this to someone . I urge everyone to check the DPOR before hiring a contractor for your home .

Price was about 40% less than larger firms. Replaced AC unit. Workers were fast. Good performance by the unit so far. They've done many houses in my area (was recommended to me by a neighbor), no complaints!

Called Alexander Appliance repair to fix my refrigerator that was blowing air but not cold...He came out and diagnosed the problem to be a faulty relay and low freon. My refrigerator is working perfectly now.  I referred him to use angieslist to better promote his business.
