On the first trip the respondent came and diagnosed the issue. That went okay. However, prior to returning for the scheduled second visit I received a call asking me if he would have access. The warranty company expressly told me not to move anything until the repairman showed up. When he showed up, and did not see access he was visibly annoyed. We both confirmed from the warranty company that access was in fact not covered and that I had to move the washer and slop sink to make room for him to work. I began to do that. I said to the repairman..."Okay...Tell me what you need me to do." He told me. I told him I would do it and he stepped out of the room. I assumed he would wait the 10 minutes it took me to follow his instructions. Instead he simply walked out of the house and left. I called the company and they said he was out of the area. I would have preferred that the company rep had just told me that he would have to leave and take another job and would return at a later date. He did not. I called the warranty company and they called AAA and offered me an appointment for the next day. I took it, but I was plenty incensed.
I made sure this time though that the respondent had complete access to the dryer. He came....he did the work and overall I am happy. Would that it had happened when he showed up with the part the first time. That said, I was happy with the results and the respondent was fine now that he had access.

I haven't got a bill from them. But I think it's going to be $75. I liked their competence. My interaction with them was good. They didn't fix it but they diagnosed it properly.

As it turned out, both water lines within our dishwasher were frozen, which the technician quickly diagnosed. He then worked on both lines to defrost them, and gave me some good advice on D/W care. The company was true to its word regarding same day service.

He provided excellent service! He called and gave me a time window for when he should arrive. Thirty minutes before his arrival, he called to say he was on his way and gave me his ETA.
The repair required two trips. On his first visit, he was able to quickly fix the burner that would not light. He showed the cause and how to avoid the problem in the future (keeping that tiny hole cleared of obstructions). He properly diagnosed the bad control module / display. He said he would order a replacement for the display and call us when it came in. He called a week later and we scheduled a return visit for a day or two later. Once again, he was courteous, prompt, and provided a positive experience.
I highly recommend his services. As he was dispatched by American Home Shield, I had reservations regarding the quality of the workmanship but I was VERY pleasantly surprised by him and will recommend him to friends with appliance problems.

Not only did he review the washing machine and conduct a load test for leaks he also reviewed the dryer. He explained that they sometimes accmulate mositure. Both machines were found to be in good condition with no leaks. However, he did miss the hose connection, as well as myself, which was the source of the leakage problem. The provider was attentive, punctual, and professional. Once I found the leakage, with the help of another person, I called him back. He returned again and replace the hose at no additional cost.

Request for service was placed on the morning of August 10th through American Home Shield. (This is why I did not rate the vendor on price.) AAA Appliance Master was assigned the service call and they promptly contacted us. They scheduled our service for Saturday August 11th between 1 and 4 pm.
The technician, named Amir, arrived within the scheduled window. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explaining as he went along. He had the necessary part with him and installed it with no issues after defrosting the cooling coils.
Amir was professional, friendly and competent.

Wonderful repair work and customer service. Our dish washer has not worked properly since we moved in to our new home. It would stop in the middle of all of the cycles except the quick one hour wash. Very frustrating because we could not use the special functions of the normal and heavy duty cycles. A previous company which came out failed to figure out the problem so we were just making due. When our dryer stopped working we called in for both appliances to be repaired through our home warranty company. We were referred to AAA appliance for repair.. The gentleman from AAA Appliance not only fixed both problems, he explained exactly what was broken (including showing me the parts), and he called following the repair work to be sure everything was functioning properly. We really received friendly exceptional service and I would definitely call again in the future.
