Tom was on time. Tom was very polite. Tom new his trees and loves his job. You can ask him anything. Very friendly. First contacted Tom with Professional Tree Service. I had a large sycamore tree die. Tom told me it was bug infested and he peeled the bark away and sure enough there was a black beetle and he said tree can't be saved. It was a large tree and the cost was under $1k. Next my parents had a tree that was uprooted by a storm. The maple tree leaning into another tree. Mom was hesitant in who do I call? I told her Tom would give an estimate. Sure enough he mailed her his portfolio in the mail before coming out. Between Mom and I we spent approximately $2,000 on getting our tree's removed.
