Their tech, Marvel, tried to con me out of hundreds of dollars and when I told the owner, Hugo, he insisted that me and the tech "had an arrangement" and asked me why I waited so long to report it. Truly unbelievable. The other tech, Rene, kept taking his mask off, despite my repeated requests to keep it on, due to my unvaccinated children being present. They placed their dirty equipment on my yoga mat, left drywall dust all over the place, skipped registers, and damaged my floors and walls. Some pictures are attached. The patching was a shoddy attempt to hide the damage. I honestly can't imagine a worse experience and am shocked by all these positive reviews as I'm sure some of them were "had," as well. The business owner who referred me to A Plus (and had been referring people to them for 12 years) told me that he'd contact them directly and try to get it dealt with. When they didn't respond to him, I called and Hugo tried to insinuate I was to blame because I requested service (?!). I was in shock the whole phone conversation honestly. Hugo had no remorse. No apologies, not even for the property damage that they were unquestionably responsible for. I regretted even calling. Earlier, Edwin, the receptionist, told me that Marvel and Rene no longer worked there and Hugo refused to discuss "employment matters" after fumbling and admitting they do. They seemed to think I was demanding they be fired. I DON'T CARE IF THEY ARE FIRED. I want to know if the company is in on this, because their continued employment is a surefire indication that the company condones this scam, and from what I can tell, they 100% do. Here's their MO: They quote you a really high amount for a supplemental service ($400) on top of the duct cleaning--and the tech will offer to do it for less ($250). When you can't reach the front office (whom I suspect is in on this), you are stuck with the decision of paying too much or not. Turns out my add-on is typically only $150. The fact that Marvel had the confidence to quote me that $400 price knowing I was about to call the front office says A LOT. The fact that they are still employed says EVEN MORE. I bought these guys lunch, too, and they had the nerve to sit in my driveway and eat it after conning me out of $250. Luckily, I wrote checks and was able to stop payment, but please, consider yourself warned.

The service went very well. Price is good, $139.00 for an annual fee, 2 times a year service or how often you need service. They answer questions and inquiries to the best of their knowledge.

Fantastic. The duct repair was to fix a previous "repair" that came apart in two months. We were without laundry facilities in the meantime. I called A Plus and spoke with Hugo. He was able to come within three days which was perfect for us. Hugo called on the appointed day asking if his folks could arrive earlier and that was a welcome surprise. The whole task went beautifully. They showed me how much dirt was present in three areas of the drying system and clearly, the previous cleaning was not done very well at all. Would hire them again in an instant. Great job!

Jose and his team are prompt. We are impressed with the cleanliness and the integrity of their work! Previously, we had our dryer vents cleaned by another company and they failed to point out the faulty installation that Jose immediately found. Jose does a thorough job! We are very pleased with his work and have already recommended him to family and friends!

It went very well. The dryer vent was very dirty and needed to be reattached to a degree.

It went great. The technician showed up on time and did a great job. He cleaned the vent and repaired it as well as cleaned out my dryer. I would definitely recommend them.

Previous companies would not clean dryer because it was a stackable unit in a small closet. But A Plus Enviro-Services team completed the job. I will hire them again next year. Extra fees charged for the lift mechanism to move my dryer unit. The cleaning service = $165.

I haven't had a problem since, and this made a big difference in how long it takes my clothes to dry. Yes, I would call them again.

I noticed dryer lint on the "cage" where the dryer vents to the outside.  I just bought this condo and didn't know when the vent was last cleaned. Concerned about fire, I called about five places and made an appointment with Enviro-Services.
They were prompt, courteous, clean, and replaced the existing cage with a new one.  And I could see the amount of lint that came out!  I had looked at Groupon deals, but their prices only covered six feet of vent, and I have 20'.  My price was slightly lower than others might experience, because I have a ground floor condo and I received the senior discount.

Punctual.  A Plus arrived on time and identified themselves prior to beginning work.

The dryer vent is out of the ordinary as it vents through the roof.  Cleaning was tougher than expected as the vent line is vertical and exits through the roof.  Due the very cold weather the lint, wet because of weather, had gathered at the top of the vent and frozen.  The cleaning probably took twice as long as normal.  A Plus honored the quoted bid.

They were very professional and I appreciated the time they took. We have an awkward vent upstairs and they brought their extension ladders to make sure everything was clear. There were no surprises and he was professional. He did not try to sell us anything. He honored the coupon price.

I am impressed by this organization. Very responsive in that they came two days after I signed up on Angie's List. On time. Did a great job. Every one who has a dryer should take a look at the enormous results (a mountain of lint) that came out of my very long dryer line. If you are assigned Freddy and Jeremey, you are very fortunate because they are the best. A dryer line fire is too late to clean it and I have no doubt I can dry clothes now in a single run of the dryer.
