Working with Ric Wyatt and 310 Builders was an excellent experience. I appreciated his prompt response to give me an estimate. He came to my house and spent time talking about the pros and cons of materials, size, lights, etc. The estimate came soon after and the price was much better than that of other companies. As a result, I now have exactly the deck I want. (An estimator from another company described the deck that he intended to build for me.) The building of the deck was done according to code, each part then approved by an inspector. I appreciated the professionalism of the workers, and I love the high quality of the final product: deck, stairs, railing, lattice, lights, electrical work. This basic deck was "christened" when the grandchildren and my daughter came on Saturday and loved it, for this deck is perfect for a play day at Gramma's. I would hire Ric Wyatt and 310 Builders to do work for me again because of the very reasonable price, quick response, detailed discussion, professionalism and high quality work.

I couldn't be happier with the work that was done to my house. We had a pipe burst and it did a lot of water damage to the drywall and floors. We also had our bathroom remodeled and it looks amazing.
