I've made several attempts over the years to get them to come back and take care of the problems with the construction. My calls to them began just months after the building was completed. They are nice people and seem to have good intentions but they never show up when they say they will. I hear them say they're going to take care of me but they never do. The doors are just installed wrong and they aren't going to get better on their own. I need repair and cant trust them to follow up on their agreement to back up their construction. I needed to note this on Angie's List and know that they will offer information about the BBB and attorney general. I hope this helps.
