However...during the process, a tree limb crashed down on our brand new carport. Mr. Arnette offered to repair the damaged area by first buying the carport and replacing with a new one (he said he had wanted a new carport), then he said that he would purchase the supplies and come to our home to replace the damaged part. It is now 14 months later and we have yet to see him. High winds have damaged the roof of the carport even further. Several calls earlier in the year went unanswered. I believe in giving people second chances, and many times, more chances than they really deserve, but this is ridiculous!
