They called me back immediately the next morning after I left a message the night before, and sent a technician out that same morning, for a non-emergency (but urgent) call. The technician was very knowledgeable and adept at the work, even though the work was rather difficult for this type of job. The couple of downsides were that the tech arrived a couple hours after the scheduled arrival time (which was somewhat expected for this type of service call), and there was only a flat fee hourly rate, rather than a discounted rate after the first hour. These are minor details and don't warrant a lower rating. The tech gave candid advice about what type of faucet to install, and whether I needed certain other types of work done, which I appreciated. Overall, the promptness of scheduling service and apparent quality of workmanship will lead me to use this company again.

 Serviceman came exactly when he said he would, figured out the problem quickly, and explained very clearly what he found and how he fixed it. The bill was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

Keith showed up a the exact time agreed upon. He not only lit the pilot light with ease, but he cleaned the unit and repaired a short in the wiring. We told Keith that we would like to learn as much about the operation as possible (home recently purchased). Keith was very through and patient as he explained the components and how the system operated.

Prompt, and courteous service. Provided several options for the service, and allowed us to pick the best option suited for our needs. The price was reasonable, when compared to other companies, and the service was very professional. Other companies did not respond to our calls, or estimated that it would take several days to come out for service. This company had the parts on hand, and installed them without running up the installation costs. You can't ask for any more than that.

Company president, Rodney Sinecoff, did the estimate in late December, offering useful insights and suggestions that helped to refine my needs.  Estimate followed within a week and was more than competitive in cost and detail with another, larger plumbing company I also consulted.  When I accepted his estimate, Rodney scheduled the work for within several days.  He and his crew arrived right at the appointed, early hour.  The crew of 3 worked steadily and intensively through the day, completing the job -- and turning on the water! -- by the end of the afternoon.  I greatly appreciated the quality of the work and the speed with which it was done.  Rodney returned the next day to carefully check the job as well as ensure that there were no problems and that all questions were answered.  All in all, a highly professional approach with a minimum of fuss.  Highly recommended!
