Weimer Installations

Description of Work: The provider added height to and constructed a knee wall in the kitchen area, helped design and create a lovely tile project, did some roof repairs and can generally design and construct with excellent quality just about anywhere in the home or outdoors.

Description of Work: I purchased a newly built townhome but wanted a few things done prior to moving in. There was a small space between the soaking tub and wall and I didn't have a linen closet in the master bath. Weimer Installations build a linen closet in the master bath that looks like it was always there. He removed the trim tiles and added wall tile then trim tile, he also maximize the small space by placing the 2x4s on their side instead of flat, so he used 2" instead of 4" which saved closet space. It really looks beautiful and is very functional. Because of the small size it needed a small door so he used 1 of a set of two bi-fold doors and built his own door frame. This save me money because otherwise I would have needed a custom door. I also had Weimer install the backsplash in the kitchen, he suggested that I add some over the sink and under the counter lightening. I thought that was a great idea. He ran the wiring so that it's not seen and he placed the "box" on the top of the corner cabinet so that if I ever want to add over the cabinet lightening it will be really easy. He also installed seven ceiling fans and three light fixtures - the builder had prewired but had not installed fixtures. I also wanted picture frame moldings under the chair rail in my dining room and over my fireplace. The dining room space was difficult because the builder had placed an air intake duct right in the middle section under the chair rail but it was not centered. Mr. Weimer and I discussed sizes of the boxes and he did a great job. It is not noticeable that the dining room wall's "picture frames" are smaller than the other wall. I think that it's gorgeous. He spaced the ones over the fireplace perfectly. I also had him hang two mirrors, one in the dining room and one over the fireplace. I also had Weimer Installations install cabinets over my washer and dryer. Due to way that the dryer vent was placed and the lack of studs in the wall he carefully attached them securely so that I won't have any issues. He also added some filler pieces that were needed but did not come with he cabinets, so the cabinets are flushed on both walls. They look great. I also had him hang a variety of wooden wall shelves, curtain rods, a shelf for my computer and a variety of wall organizational type items.

Description of Work: Reinforced connections between posts, decking and railings; removed all splintered, cracked and warped decking boards; removed all under latticework; power washed all decking, posts and latticework; removed all latticework channeling (most of which were broken, split or just missing) and replaced with new channellng; applied two coats of stain to decking, all posts and sides of decking.

Description of Work: Weimer Installations he fixed the lock on my front door and the tape in the corners of my ceiling.

Description of Work: Installed wood strips around windows. Caulked around strips.

Description of Work: Repair wood flooring and stair step. Installed trim around two steps.

Description of Work: Mr. Weimer Installed vinyl tile flooring with an intricate inlay strip over new underlayment throughout my large kitchen.
