As you can see from my comments above, I am very happy with the quality of his work.  He's an expert carpenter.  I am already creating a list of other items that I want done in the near future.

Mr. Weimer had done a previous job for me with which I was very pleased and I asked him to repair and refinish my deck as a result. The deck is very large and multi-leveled with lattice work which is intricate with many changes in height all around the outside of the deck.  There were many warped, splintered and cracked decking boards which had to be removed and replaced. 
Mr. Weimer and his son were meticulous as they surveyed the deck and checked for any weak areas in the foundation and connections between the posts, decking supports and railings  The job took about two weeks to complete, due to rain days and late starts.  However, it was well worth the time involved.  My deck looks as if it were just built (it is at least twelve years old).  Mr. Weimer was detailed in his work and dedicated to ensuring a quality outcome.  I will not hesitate to contract with him again for any new or repair projects in the future.

Weimer Installations he was excellent.  He came over, I had a hard time getting someone out, I was putting my house on the market to sell it and my front door, I had some little things around the house, little things that had to get repaired before I could sell the house, one of the problems was the lock on my front door, so I went and bought a new lock.  And because my house is a little bit older the size of the deadbolt was different.  So I said I can't, I had to drill this in, I can't do this, so I called him to do that.  And then the man is so talented, he was actually able to repair and fix my old lock, so it worked perfectly, he saved me the money.  He saved me $200 for the lock.  He fixed it.  I was able to bring back the old lock and get my money back for that.  And then he came over, I had a little problem with some construction tape something, like the walls when you drywall corners you have to tape and put the stuff over it, a couple places with that tape was pealing by the ceiling and someone told me that they they couldn't be fixed because I have textured ceilings and it would look really bad if you tried to fix it.  It was better to leave it as it was.  But I changed Realtors and my Realtor said no, no you need to get that fixed so I'll see if I can get someone to come out here and do some crown moulding because I don't know what else to do.  So he came out and looked at it and said I can fix that, you don't need the crown moulding. He fixed that, you can't even tell that there was a problem there.  The construction guy told me there was no way it could be fixed. And my Realtor came back and she looked and she said wow, you can't tell that was there.  He is really, really talented.  I got a verbal referral from a friend of mine.  I know he does a lot of fancy carpentry work.  My job was smaller but he does larger jobs too. He does kitchen remodels and stuff.  But he will do the smaller jobs.  He is my go to person from now on.  I referred him to friends already.  I highly recommend him.  He is good.

The floor pattern was designed by Mr. Weimer.  He came up with a great interpretation of the suggested pattern that was exactly what i was looking for.  The end product really looked beautiful.  he was not afraid to take on a through vinyl product that he had not installed before.  The floor is beautiful with very little clean up.  The adhesive was carefully applied and the joints are very tight.
