VibeVoip is a Winchester, Virginia based IP Telephony Company and Fax service provider. Two local business entrepreneurs, with more than 15 years experience in the field, realized the I-81 corridor was lacking a local VOIP and E-Fax provider. This observation resulted in the creation of VibeVoip. We have Digium and Microsoft certified engineers on staff that developed and maintain our dependable, flexible and fully scalable system. Vibe’s mission is to provide economical telephone systems to small businesses. Vibe’s features allow your business to better communicate with clients, never miss a sales call, and accommodate customer concerns. Our Virtual Office feature allows your employees to work remotely and connect with you from any anywhere. If required Vibe Fax has tiered packages to accommodate your needs., setup and a fully managed system. Vibe’s E-Fax solution offers an alternative to traditional fax services for small businesses. I was recommended by a friend who was using their service, they are local and provide personalized service, which I like. I am not technology savvy and it helped that they send their tech out for the set up. I have been with them since summer 2013 and satisfied with the service and their promptness to take care, if I have a concern.

They installed there services in my home and a business. A representative from VibeVoip came to both locations to make sure the setup ran smooth and was properly set up.
I have had other VOIP providers that just sent me a email with instructions and it took hours out of my day to set things up. Waste!
Then I just set up a couple voice mails and emailed the tech about all the other features and it works great. Love all of the additional features. Plus no hidden fees. Highly recommend this new business.
