+ -1 moreAll of this was paid for when we bought the car. The service was outstanding, on time, prompt, they took care of business, and it was enjoyable. They washed my car. The mechanics were great. I experience the work they do based on how the car runs, but I don't know them, because we don't go back there.
Description of Work: We use Mazda Subaru of Winchester. They changed the oil and they have a multipoint check that they run at so many miles.

+ -1 moreWalked in and asked what the cost of repairing a rear break problem and they game me an estimate and I left. They were nice people but over priced as they said it would take longer to fix than it actually would but they wanted to charge the full rate based on what is in their book for labor hours.

+ 1 moreMy husband dealt with them but my car is working great. They wash and detail your car and give you a pack of cookies when the car is done; that's nice. They were really good. I don't know anything about prices.

+ -1 moreOverall, the experience was good. We had moved and this was my first service appointment with them. The mechanics called and asked if they'd be able to do more work, since that service was nearly due. They serviced the car, washed and vacuumed it, and then left me some cookies in the front seat! The work done was completed in a timely manner. I appreciate their kindness and wonderful work. I’m happy with their services.
Description of Work: general auto maintenance: wheel alignment, multiple point inspection, engine maintenance, oil change, etc.
