It was in the basement and it was a difficult space to work in, so they got a sink that would fit in that space. It's just a laundry sink, the old one was hard to use. It was very nice of them to work with that and find a sink that would fit there. They're always very punctual and professional. They're always reasonable with pricing.

They are always very punctual and very professional. I decided to go with them because I've had a lot of people who didn't really know what they were doing with our furnace. They always know what they're doing.

I have been dealing with this company now for over 20 years. They are always professional and are trustworthy.
I called them at 8:30 AM this morning and advised them I had an emergency. They were hear in an hour and finished in 90 minutes.
They actually had to reroute some pipes in order to fit a correct sized bladder tank on the system.
Always nice courteous technicians with this company. Knowledgeable in HVAC and plumbing.
They also serviced my furnace during an emergency about 30 days ago. Were here in a day of being notified and fixed the problem by tearing the entire blower cage apart and picking out an improperly sized filter that we had mistakenly replaced which got sucked into the blower cage and the coil.
Done again in about 90 minutes of arrival.
I highly recommend this company.

When we first phoned Strosnyder's regarding our lack of hot water, we told them that we were interested in doing away with the traditional hot water tank and installing an instant hot water heater. Strosnyder's master plumber came out to perform a survey. He advised that the plumbing and gas lines in our home were not suited to an instand hot water heater and after he gave us an approximate cost, we decided to forego that idea and have our current water heater repaired.
The master plumber told us that the water heater itself was not leaking, rather the expansion tank above the hot water tank was faulty. Given this was on a Friday afternoon, Strosnyder service men were to come on Monday morning between 9-11 to replace the expansion tank.
Two service men showed up shortly after 9 o'clock. The replacement of the expansion tank them 15 minutes. An hour or so after they left, I tried the hot water, noting that since we had been without hot water for several days that it would take the water in the tank a while to heat up. There was no hot water. I saw that the pilot light was out and tried to light it, but to no avail.
I phoned Strosnyder's and they promptly sent a different service man out to light the pilot light. An hour or so after that I happened to go into the garage where the hot water heater is located and there was water all over the floor and the lines to the water heater were steaming. I phoned Strosnyder's again and explained the situation. They said they were sending over their master plumber.
He (the same master plumber who had done the survey on Friday) arrived promptly and immediately recognized the problem. As it turned out, the first service people had not turned the water or the gas back off after they replaced the expansion tank. The second service man lit the pilot light, but he did not turn the water on. Both the water and the gas should have been checked and turned back on by the first two service men who showed up. They did nothing to ensure that the water heater was functioning correctly before they departed, . The second service man took care of one of the issues, but, again, did not check to ensure that the water heater was functioning as it should. The master plumber turned on the water and stated that since the tank had been heating without sufficient water in it that the seal on the over flow value on the hot water heater could have been damaged. He replaced this seal at no charge. If we could be assured that Strosnyder's master plumber would answer our next service request, we would not hestiate to use this firm again, but the master plumber is reserved for very specific jobs. He was one of four of Strosnyder's service men who came to fix our problem. He succeeded, but the other three did not.

AC Unit went out during middle of summer. Called them at 2PM on a Monday, they apologized for not being able to come out that day (which I did not expect) and made me the first appointment in the morning on Tuesday. Courteous employee came out, diagnosed problem and had it fixed within 3 hours. Unit has been running best it has in years.... Cost was minimal in comparison to other company I had been using previously.
I am calling Strosnyders to do bi-annual service and they will be my company of choice in the future.

We started getting quotes in the Spring from Costco, Lowes, and Strosnyder. Each vendor sent out an sales/estimator to inspect our old A/C system and produce a quote. The other two vendors quoted bottom-of-the-line equipment at much higher prices, and had to be prompted/reminded by emails to send quotes.
Stronsynder's quote included mid-range equipment at a lower price, and they provided the quote promptly. Strosnyder was recommended to us by a long-time resident neighbor who had used them and was also very happy with their service and prices.
The team showed up as promised the first day and every day thereafter until the work was completed. They were all clean, sober, professional, and courteous. The work was done on schedule and as ordered. They confirmed building permit requirements with the local town inspector, and complied with the building codes.
I had done some preparatory electrical work in the breaker box, for which I secured a permit. The electrical inspector reviewed my work after the A/C installation had begun, and advised me that he would also need to check the A/C work when completed. I advised Strosnyder that a permit was required and a follow-up inspection, to which they complied. After the installation was complete, the inspector found a few things that needed to be done, that were in addition to the A/C installation (that is, there were no problems with the installations itself):(1) the existing outdoor electrical outlet near the heat pump unit needed a GFI socket installed(2) the attic near the air handler needed a light installed(3) the existing breaker box for the heat pump needed labelling.
Strosnyder sent their electrician back to complete these items the same week after the inspection, and completed them at no charge, even though they were in addition to the work quoted. The final electrical inspection was completed successfully.
Strosynder requested 50% down and 50% at completion, and were happy to accept a personal check. While they were installing the A/C unit, they discovered a non-working attic fan, diagnosed the problem with the fan, and quoted me repair costs. I have engaged them to return and repair the attic fan when they have time.
A month after the installation, I had one large, south-facing room that was somewhat warmer than the rest of the house (in July). Strosnyder sent a team out the same day to diagnose the problem, and made some minor changes to the ducting that same afternoon, which resolved the problem.
