Steve is a knowledgeable mechanic. He does good work. I used to take my vehicles to him anytime I wasn't able to do the work myself. HOWEVER, he consistently overbooks and does not finish the work in a timely manner. His assistant Nikki or Nicki told me the work was half complete but they could not finish it that day and the truck was in pieces, so I could not pick it up. I drove by and the vehicle had not been moved since I dropped it off. Nothing was completed... I have other gripes about time it took to do my fiancée's car. Going into three days of a one day repair... If you don't need the vehicle back anytime soon, he is your man. If you want honesty from his employees, go elsewhere.
