Lawton Saunders personally came to my home to assess damage to existing siding and provided a very realistic recommendation on what actually needed to be replaced (in contrast to other contractors who advised full replacement). He assigned workers that were specifically experienced at the particular task at each step of the work, rather than trying to get a single team to do everything. While the work was underway, he was very conscientious in showing me where there was hidden damage and how it needed to be repaired. The final product was exceptional - not only did it look great, it matches the remaining siding almost perfectly. On top of it all, after replacing almost half of my siding and making repairs, his cost was about a third of what the other contractor wanted just to replace siding for the entire house. I was left with the impression that Saunders Construction is very trustworthy, has professionals doing the work, and is very open to showing how the costs are calculated. Saunders will always be my first choice for contracting work!
