Excellent people. Replaced a windshield on our Honda CR-V. Took about 35 minutes. I would recommend this company to anyone.

A rock from road construction damaged my windshield on 29 June 2013.  We contacted our insurance agency on that day and they informed us our glass coverage policy covered repair.  They put us in touch with Safelite who told us the earliest appointment they could repair the windshield was 15 July 2013.  We scheduled the repair.  On the day of the scheduled repair, the repairman contacted my spouse and asked "is it worth me coming to your house, because I won't be there until later in the day?" and asked again for specifics about  the size of the damage.  She informed him of the same information we had reported to Safelite  on 29 June.  When we returned home for the evening, we checked out the windshield to discover the small chip was now a 10" crack all the way to edge of the glass!  We found a receipt the technician (Matthew Farrar) had left in the vehicle with a charge of $75.00.  No notes about the repair being unsuccessful were annotated.  I called the Safelite office and they informed me it "was late, and they would not be able to get ahold of the technician, but sometimes the repair does not work."  They also informed me no notes were left by the technician to state what had happened. I then called my insurance agency who in turn contacted Safelite.  The insurance agent told me she had spoken with Safelite (while I was on-hold) and Safelite was now saying that their notes indicate the repair was unsuccessful and if I wanted to have it replaced, it would be $399.00.

Was seen a few minutes after arriving and only took about 40 minutes. The waiting room was very clean and the gentleman who worked on my car was very polite. He did ask if I used rainx on the windshield because he did have a little difficult time in getting the solution to stick to the glass. So far the crack has not spread.
