They gave a quote for replacement of old gutters, install new gutters and leaf guards. Also agreed to replace and paint rotted wood (where needed) behind gutters. Could not provide a price for this because it wasn't known how much wood would need to be replaced. Understood. Two months later showed up without notice. It was obvious they did not want to replace rotted wood, but after being reminded of their promise, they replaced one 2 foot section and said all other was fine. It wasn't, and I ended up repairing myself over the weekend. Installation of gutter and leaf guard was completed at contract price. They charged $369.71 for replacement of the 2 foot section of wood.

I made the call to Russell Roofing and they came out the next day to look at the job and suggested doing the right away before freezing weather would interfere with needed glue for the flat rubber roof. Drew assured me the repairs would fix all the problems, which was a great relief because damage was happening inside the structure ceilings and walls. There were an assortment of leaks around cupolas, metal roof leaks, and they had to replace drip edges of two rubber roofs. Once the price was set, they showed up to do the job the next week and finished the job in two days. Drew and his helper were great and work was guaranteed. No problems so far and we have had a couple of hard rains since the job was done. It was worth the cost of membership to Angie's List to find this company.

Everything went well and seemed to take care of the leak in the ridge.
