The workers were professional & courteous, and made the repairs in short order. Another excellent experience with Runyon. This is the second time I've used them and can highly recommend them.

Well stopped working on day of a snow storm. We called a few places and most could not come out for a few days and the quotes were in the $9000 range due to the 900 foot depth of the well and our desperation to have water again. Found Runyon on Angie's List and left them a message that night. They called back as soon as they opened the next day and stopped by for a quick assessment on the way to another job. Runyon was onsite the next day and worked a long day in freezing temps to get us back online. The cost was half of what the other places were trying to charge. They did a fantastic job and we appreciated the quick, honest service.

Wonderful! DO NOT HIRE ANY OTHER WELL SERVICE COMPANY! They explained everything, worked quickly, and were polite and professional.

I called Runyon Well to help me with our well that was showing contamination after another firm tested it and wanted an excessive amount to clean and retest. They went above and beyond in responding to my call and explaining what needed to be done.

Nice job, couldn't have done any better.,  I was traveling, had the wife and kid at home to handle.  The crew was polite, respectful, and took the time to explain what the next actions were, and when leaving showed everyting and left a card in case of other questions.  Just couldn't have asked fo what is "omg time ..no water" and I'm 1000 miles away, to outstanding job Runyon; Thank you.

On Sunday night 9/11/16 around 7:30 pm our well stopped and we had no water.  I called Runyon Well, who's been our well servicer for the past 12 years, and Rob returned my call promptly.  He trouble-shooted the problem with me and gave me a suggestion to solve the problem - I needed to turn something off for 45 minutes.    In the mean-time, Huntley called me and walked-me through some other steps to hopefully get the water back on.  Thankfully, his recommendations (combined with what Rob had us do) led to the water turning back on!!!  Then, Rob called me back around 9pm after tucking his kids in!  He called just to make sure our water had come back on - how nice is that ?  
They have always been professional and solved our few problems over the many years.  I would highly recommend them to anyone with a private well.

When they arrived they stated that they don't work on Kinetico systems and also discovered that I am on a community well system, so they left after being here for 5 minutes.  They never told me that they were going to charge me for the service call just for showing up.  I apologize for making them come out since they couldn't do anything and they responded by saying that they had an appt in Vienna and had to come this way either way.  The two guys were very nice, but never mentioned that I was going to be charged for the visit.  Once I received the invoice, I sent a note to the owner asking him to reconsider charging for the service call and he agreed that it didn't make sense given the short visit.

Our well water was tasting funny so I called Runyon. I spoke with Robert. He was very nice. He sent some service guys out a couple days later. They were very professional and helpful. They tested our water and showed us how our water softener works since we were new to well water. They were wonderful. I would definitely use them again.

On Thursday evening my well pump stopped working. I left a message and within a few hours received a call back from Runyon. They had a crew here the next morning at 9:30, and within 4 hours completed the entire task of replacing my jet pump and old pressure tank with a new submersible pump and pressure tank. The estimate I was provided Thursday evening was exactly the same as the final invoice price. The entire team was very professional and kept me apprised of the progress. A week later the water is again clear, drinkable, and with significant more water pressure than before their work was performed. I would highly recommend them.

Robert and his team were simply fantastic.  We had air in our water lines and in our water tanks.  Robert and team went through a whole series of troubleshooting inquiries and inspections to deduce that the issue was inside the well.  They were right.   They brought in a crane, lifted the pump and casing and identified and resolved the issue:  holes in the casing.   Throughout, Robert sent me photos of the issues, talked me through the diagnostic, and provided it all at a very reasonable cost.  In fact, his estimate to repair was higher than the actual cost--something that rarely is the case with service providers.  Thanks, Robert.

I really like working with Runyon well.  They are always looking for the best and most efficient and cost effective ways to deal with water pumps (well).  Before anyone even comes out, Robert (the owner) asks me to send pictures of the issue so he can get a handle on the situation, which is such a big help scheduling and all.  He always looks for a way to repair it, rebuild it (all of our equipment is fairly old--but we finally had to replace the pump last year after 20 years.  Anyway, they are very friendly, efficient and watch out for the customer.  I wish all maintenance were so easy to deal with.

Rob spent about 30 minutes on the phone  with me, walking through some diagnostic steps, but ended up sending a technician. The technician arrived mid-day and quickly concluded that the pump protection device was blown.  He made sure the pump worked (and it did), and the next business day an estimate for a replacement came in by email.  It was over the same day; installation took 30 minutes.  Price was very reasonable.  We couldn't be more satisfied.

I would use them again in future.

Fantastic!  Robert and crew are the best - very honest and reliable. Last year they replaced our Water Softener and installed a Neutralizer.

We found Runyon through Angie's List and placed an early morning call because we had no water service at all. After stepping through some questions over the phone, Robert was able to get technicians out to our house very quickly to replace one of the components of our well pump system. Very professional and courteous - would definitely recommend and use their services again.

They were really good. He actually even gave me an estimate by me sending him pictures of the old tank and where it's gonna be placed. I'll give him an A. He was the best bid I got. They were very good.

It was a great experience and I can't recommend them enough. From the very beginning, they took a very consultative approach with me - and gave me different options/price points. This was very important for me because even though I am very knowledgeable on household DIY projects, Even though I think of myself as a mini-general contractor with my construction and engineering experience, I have never dealt with a well before and the surrounding / supporting systems. I move to my house 5 years ago and I am amazed how many contractors there that simply try to screw up over on price and quality - and I can quickly tell when a vendor is trying to get over on me. However, in this case, it was the polar opposite of that! In this case, the knowledge, service and options they presented for every item I threw at them - were fantastic! It gave my hope that all services firms aren't #$%#$%...  After even my initial conversation with them, I could tell that this was a top notch firm. That culture of customer satisfaction and excellence was shown from the first call dealing with Rob - and lasted until the last follow-up trip from Huntley and team. What a great company culture!

Like I said, they provided a lot of high value added service and their work was great. Here is just one example, I had them relocate items in my mechanical room: meaning disconnect most of your house's plumbing and move it for better access, etc..  Well 'anyone' can do that - it's not that hard to do. However, when I walked into the room to see their final product, it was amazing! Meaning - it was the most 'professional' plumbing job that I have ever seen. The joints on the pipes were PERFECT with no 'slop' (extra glue or primer running down the sides, etc). Everything was securely fastened to concrete. It was clean/wiped down. AND MOST OF ALL, they came in UNDER BUDGET for the job!!

These guys are great ? and I just can?t say enough good things about them!
