Went into Ross's carpet to check selection and prices. Found they were more affordable than Lowes or Home Depot and several other places in town. Ross came out to measure the next day, very polite and worked within our reasonable budget. Installation was included in the quote and comparable to other places. Total turnaround time was less than a week. The installer took less than an hour to install and did a wonderful job. Our floor in the bedroom had water damage, so previous carpet had already been removed and carpet tack strips were already in place. I was very satisfied with the whole experience. I will call Ross again for any flooring needs.
