They got all the building permits as required and were excellent about keeping me in the loop as to the status of the build. There were a few delays from the weather (building in the middle of winter) but I was always informed as to the progress and who/when someone would be working on my property. I was pleased to see that they really seemed to enjoy their work. They were very pleasant to me and were were very experienced at the job.
