PODS Moving & Storage

the move went well. the drivers were helpful and responsive. the problem we had was over money and the lack of support for a first time user. we used them because we were uncertain about when we could move into our new home. the Pod seemed easier than moving in and out of storage. unfortunatly they charge month by month for using a Pod and are uncompromising even though 15 days for 3 days use seems a bit out of line. they are unwilling to pro rate charges. The end result is that the flexibility comes at considerable expense. Having been burned once we would not use them again. I would recommend to the company that, like rental cars and trucks ,they charge by the days used
