"We love to hear this! Nothing more annoying than ants in your home! Look forward to working with you again!"
"We are glad to hear that Rick provided exceptional service and that you had a great experience with us. Thank you for taking the time to write such kind words!"
"We are so glad you had a great experience with PMSI! We look forward to working with you again!"
Mr. Fortune remembered that we manage this property for the Virginia Department of Historic Resources, and was respectful of the historic preservation measures that we must follow. He also noted that there was evidence of powder post beetles and suggested an environmentally safe treatment for all wood boring insects.
We contracted with PMSI, to have traps set and for the wood boring insect treatment. We trust Mr. Fortune and he is our'go to guy' for anything Pest Control Related. He is professional in every sense of the word.
I had good service and treatment from PMSI for approximately 3 years and then new management took over. I had three notices from PMSI that my credit card on file was not valid. Because of those notices, I proceeded to pay via my electronic bill pay. Meanwhile, they billed my credit card without my knowledge to the amount of $210.00!.
I called as asked about the double payments. Patty (owner) told me I had to pay for the mosquito service in advance (Never Had I Been Told That - EVER). Patty (Owner) argued with me on the phone about the amounts, pre-payments, whether or not that had told me that my credit card was not valid or not. Patty (owner) repeatedly loudly talked over me.
Patty (owner) would not let me get my sentences out. Patty (owner) did not follow my directions to wait until the last payment from my bank arrived at PMSI so all of this could be settled.
I cannot believe that an owner would talk to a client this way and in this level of loudness and rudeness. PMSI still owes me $105.00.
Horrible - non-existent customer service. Horrible customer relations. I cancelled my account and I hope never to deal with them again!.
"First and foremost, we are very sorry you had a negative experience with our company. Patty has been in management at PMSI for the last 15 years, so she is not new to the position. As far as the mosquito treatment, we did not say that you are REQUIRED to prepay, but we did say you have the option in order to make things easier. Most of our customers prefer this method so they do not have to worry about paying their bill after the service is completed. Regarding your conversation about payment, we offered to remedy the situation, but it was difficult to come to any conclusions while you were screaming profanities at Patty for several minutes. When you told us to cancel your service, we did, and sent you a letter to confirm that everything was paid in full and you no longer had any open balances with PMSI, only to receive a rude response in return. Again, we are sorry your experience with us ended in a negative manner and we wish you the best of luck."
