Only Floors

I recently bought an older house. I had a
mixture of dark stain in the living room and natural finish in the bed rooms on
white oak wood flooring. In addition to this, there were urine stains from the
prior owner?s animals, and there were deep ruts where the prior owners
improperly sanded and refinished. I also need some major repair in some areas
of the wood floor due to prior water damage.
I had all the wood floors sanded, repaired as needed, and
refinished.
The Owner Rafael came out very quickly after I called and
supplied a fair estimate. He answered all my questions and I actually felt like I
made a new friend. The folks performing the work did a good job and always
showed up when they were supposed to. They even went a little above and beyond sometimes
just to ensure I would be happy with the finished work. Rafael came back out after
sanding to go over the different types of stains and finishing. His advice and
expertise went a long way to ensure I received the finish I had envisioned.

Outstanding communication and the quality of work and detail is outstanding. There were a few items that needed to be addressed and Rafael was very accessible and professional. Highly recommended. He refinished our wood floors and installed a stone backsplash in the kitchen. The work was completed prior to moving in and he was given free access to the home so very trustworthy.
