Terrible.  They were the only company in my area that can do extended warranty work for Lowe's Husqvarna lawn tractors.  The first time I contacted them in 2011 was because the mower was smoking excessively while running and it only had 20 hours on it.  They took a week to come get it and several more to get it back to me.  The seconds time I had to use them in 2012 was because the mower deck was tilting forward (pins and parts came loose).  Again, they took a week to come get it and several more to get it back to me.  Both times I had to call multiple times to get a status and left messages.  They failed to return calls and I had to go to the shop to ask them for a status on the work.  I recently needed a new mower deck belt installed but, even though this is probably covered under the warranty, I took it somewhere else.  This other company got the job done in one day.
