Kevin Feathers Roofing

Our roof was leaking underneath the threshold. There was water coming in. Kevin came out and was very nice, took a look in the attic and said he could see where the water was coming in from. He said he would need to replace the gutters because they were wrong for the house. He quoted us about $1200 and we paid upfront for the material in the amount of $700. He was supposed to come at the first of June and kept putting us off. Then he was supposed to drop off materials on the June 5th and didn't do that either. We had to leave town and the housesitter said on June 7th or 8th there were guys walking around on the roof and they weren't there very long. When we returned home, we noticed that the gutters were missing on two of the peaks and there's something on the third peak but we can't tell if it's the old gutter or if it was replaced. We've called every day up until Saturday, June 22. Through the last week it was the grandmother that answered the phone. Saturday she answered at 10:30 and told us she would get the message to Kevin and he would call us back right away and he never did. Saturday night we placed a final call and told them if we didn't hear back that we would escalate to the state. On Sunday, June 23rd, we got a call from the number at 6:00 a.m. and the grandmother said "Sorry, my grandaughter called this number by accident." We called the state this morning and we found out they weren't licensed. We're very upset and want to ensure that other people don't run into the same issues with them.
