Very prompt and polite. Told them I was having a problem with the lift gate latch. They checked and couldn't find anything.

This was by far the greatest experience I have ever had buying a car. Jerry Clarke was quick to respond to all my emails and questions. He was pleasant to work with and helped get me the best price and financial deal that no other dealer from PA to NC would give me. (I did my research) And even if all things were equal, his manner with me was with trust, honesty and respect. He wasn't pushy at all on the contrary he was very helpful. It was like going to a car dealership with my uncle telling me the pros and cons of different vehicles. He definitely did not behave like your typical car salesman. He took time with me and never made me feel rushed or that I was wasting his time. I drove away with a 2012 Prius and am very happy with it. I highly recommend coming here to buy a car suited to your needs and budget. He will try to do as much as he can to find the right fit.
