Great shop. They always are able to get the parts quickly, and provide a friendly service environment. I have had the following work done at this shop: door skin replaced, hubs replaced (under recall), spindle rods replaced (under recall), oil changes and inspections done. They provide home drop off, and pick up service as well. It's the little things that they do that impress me; like phone calls to update the work being done, and detailing the car before I picked it up from the body shop.

We purchased our new Tahoe from Jim Stutzman and as part of the purchase we were given a lifetime of FREE state inspections as long as we owned the vehicle. A great perk and sales incentive when buying a new vehicle as its a 16.00 savings annually.

For the last 2 years, every time its needed an inspection, the service team has found various things wrong with the vehicle and made a phone call wanting to know if I wanted these items replaced before they placed a rejection sticker on the car. Most people would say fix it and avoid the hassle which is what Stutzman wants to deceitfully make money from its customers.

My situation which I documented this year in full, starts with me needing a SIR sensor and a rear LED tailight replaced. I was aware the airbag light was on, however prior to going to the inspection, me and my wife checked all the lights, including the rear window light. I replaced a tag light which was dim. I thought all was well. I get a call from them wanting me to agree to have the rear window LED light replaced at a cost of 380.00(verbal estimate). I declined and proceeded to get my vehicle. I received a call back within minutes, stating the light suddenly started working and its no longer a concern. hmmm.....The service tech blamed the faulty light on a "mirror" which he misjudged. I am no college grad but it sounds like someone has a degree in BS!! Now I contacted the owner, Jim Stutzman which he never replied to my phone calls and his sister tried to show me how it happened.

I proceeded to replace the SIR sensor myself, it cost 134.72 from a competing GM dealership and got the vehicle reinspected. I can say the rear light works and it was nothing more than a scam to get money from me. Last year they wanted 60.00 to replace wipers that werent broke after the picked them off the window and showed them to the inspector. We had just gotten them months earlier so I knew they were in new condition.
