JB Hunt Dedicated Contract Services

I ordered a refrigerator at Best Buy.I got a phone call that the men would arrive between 1 -5:00 p.m. I stayed home the whole day waiting for them. At 5 p.m.they called to say they would arrive 6,30. I cancelled a dinner engagement. They came, unpacked the refrigerator, told me to take down pictures in the stairway to the second floor, showed me a scratch on the refrigerator which I told them did not matter. Then - one of the two men called somebody, a Mr Levinger, who told them to put the refrigerator back into the truck and return to the firm. I also spoke to this man, telling him it would take them five minutes to carry the refrigerator up. He made me believe they would, but instead the men put the fridge into the truck and drove off!! I had wasted my whole day and evening only to be laughed at as the men drove off. I never received an apology, nor explanation, other than that "the time was too short" for the men. All they had to do was carry it into the house and up the stairs, five minutes' work. Needless to say, I cancelled my order with Best Buy, bought a refrigerator at Sears which was delivered two days later by two smiling men. THAT is customer service!
