I have heart failure and my wife sever asthma we need someone we could rely on and count on to be there when we needed them. We found that and more when Donny did our first job 3 years ago. Just yesterday we had an emergency with our air conditioner and once again Donny was there for us. He is personal, knowledgeable, dependable, reliable, professional and much more. I would recommend Donny and IES to anyone having a need. You can count on and trust them. Be smart and give the a call.

At first, we were excited about IES. They came the same day to look at the job and said they would do the job in a few hours, in just a few days, then reality began. I asked for a cost and they told me between 750 and 850. I asked for a written estimate and was told I would get it and no work would be done until it was delivered and agreed upon. I never got the written estimate and they began the work without a verbal authorization. They would have gotten it, but they did not comply with their own process. The job should have taken between 4 - 6 hours but took nearly a week in 4 visits in 3 days. First day, they came to do the work and installed the GFCI in the wrong side of the sink, and along the drywall seam. This caused a crack in the wall about 18 inches long. The job also required 2 boxes to be relocated which they did but installed the controller upside down. The bathroom exhaust fan was installed but we were not given an opportunity to select one. It was just put in and the outside vent was not connected for several days. Also, our house is old and we have ceiling radiant heat (one of the controls they moved and installed upside down). Once they were done, there was no heat! So, they had to come out yet again to fix it and it turned out they had it wired wrong. Then, I got the invoice with no discount for inconvenience and poor work and for the high VERBAL estimate. I will pay it because the work was done, but will not use them again and will not recommend them. This was a very small job, Install a GFCI, move two boxes, and install a bathroom exhaust and EVERY SINGLE PART of this small job had a problem and took days instead of hours. They finally did get things done but not without a lot of issues and I still have a crack in my bathroom wall. They offered to move the outlet and patch the hole, but then we would have to sand and paint, adding more work to us. So, I told them to leave it there.

The electrician spent half a day trying to find wiring problem for 2 outlets in my bathroom. Over $500 to get 2 outlets working and a GFCI outlet replaced in the basement. Outlets worked, but he used neutral for my AC unit to get it working. Long story short, he came back, said it was not his problem, get HVAC guy. So I did and then hired electrician from Small Solutions who fixed it correctly for $150. In all fairness I did not further contact Integrity as I had ran out of patience. Very nice people there, just not someone I would recommend if you need electrical services.

Hired to upgrade my out dated electrical panel and install a portable generator transfer switch. The majority of the work was completed in a day. Jeremy came back and finished up. Jeremy is a good and fair guy sand cares about his work and customers. Overall I’m satisfied with the work and would hire Integrity Electrical again in the future.

Its a very nice husband and wife team. They do very good work and I highly recommend them. I ended up spending a bit more than I planned since I had them run wiring up through wall so thus adds quite a bit of time but they both worked hard the entire time and though it took awhile it was worth it! Very pleased with final result. They are professional, knowledgeable and honest!!!
