Really nice gentleman handled my call and answered questions. I liked that they were conscious of green cleaning materials BUT found out day of service that the ingredient list for their cleaning solution was not readily available. You have to call headquarters for full disclosure - not good. I would not recommend this service if you are sensitive to smells. The smell is overwhelming and concerning since so many harmful chemicals are hidden under the ingredient name "fragrance". Two very nice gentlemen showed up. They attempted to put protective cloths down as they sprayed the furniture but neglected to put it down all around and so my carpet was also wet all said and done. The cleaning was good. I have light fabric and 3 lovely children - not a good mix, but they got it mostly clean. The silk chair was a total dud, but when I call the main office they graciously refunded the cost since they made no progress since the dirt was so settled.

Steve was amazing. He worked for hours on the really bad areas, and tried several products. It was a miracle the difference between when he started and when he finished! He was even able to remove orange flourescent silly putty that had been in the rug in several places since we moved in 8 years ago!!
The process that they use is like no other carpet cleaner. There is a swirling pad attached to the machine that scrubs the carpet with the cleaner, then they go back over it and extract the water and cleaner from the carpet, again with the swirling pad, which sucks up the water, so the carpet dries very quickly.
He placed towels between carpeted areas and floor to walk on, and wore special shoe covers
I especially liked that when the estimate was given for the job, there were no extra fees to do anything additional, except the special cleaner to remove the silly putty, which was absolutely reasonable and I was thrilled to pay (some small amount...but it was worth every bit!!)

I used them for carpet cleaning, for a property I moved out of today. I only purchased a standard cleaning package, but they went above and beyond what I paid for to make sure all of the spots came out. That kind of service is hard to find now a days. I will definitly be using them again for the new home I just bought.

My husand had come out of a nursing home with scabies. We were re-treatment on Monday, May 13 and felt we needed immediate cleaning of the upholstery after the treatment. I called Evan of Heaven's Best and his company was there the next morning on May 14th. They worked me in and were so kind to respond to my immediate need. Steven did a wonderul job and was very nice and friendly. I would recommend their work very highly.

I was very impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. They were running about 10 minutes late, but called well ahead of our scheduled time to let me know, which I appreciated. Our carpet looks so much better than it did before! The two men were very polite and even promised to work as quietly as they could so as not to wake the sleeping baby. When I asked what products they would suggest to spot clean the carpet, I was offered a small amount of their own cleaning solution at no cost. I will definitely call Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning again!

Evan was prompt, professional, and delivered more than what was promised. He made my wife feel very comfortable when she let him in by explaining everything to her, and they were great with our dog! It was the best carpet cleaning we had ever recieved.

Found Heavens Best here on Angies List, was very impressed at the reviews. I sent a request for estimate by email, it was answered the next day (wow) . Estimator showed up on time and on schedule. The cleaner ( Steve) was here within 5 minuets of the scheduled work start time, very courteous and ready to go to work. He cleaned 2 large bedrooms, a large den and a hallway in about 1.5-2 hours. He went back over a place that was not to our satisfaction cheerfully . My entire experience with Heavens Best has been very positive. Service, professionalism, and the work performed were top notch.

Everything went great. They first came in and introduced themselves, making us feel very comfortable to have them in our home. They then proceeded to bring their equipment inside the house. I moved some pieces of furniture to provide more work space. They began cleaning the upholstery (couch and chairs) and worked very diligently until the job was completed. We submitted a check for payment and a receipt was rendered. They gave us a calling card and we thanked them for their services and told them we would recommend them to others.

They arrived on time, took measurements of areas to be cleaned and told me that my price was going to be lower than quoted. They then started work, telling me that they would be done in an hour and a half. They finished before the time stated, and when I inspected the work, I was very pleased. They presented me with a reciept, and hoped that I would call again , which I would certainly do.

We recently bought a house and there is only carpeting in the four bedrooms. The carpeting had some stains and a slight dog smell. I contacted 3 different companies. I contacted Heaven's Best via their website and they immediately called me back. The person on the phone was very helpful and professional. Their price was much lower than the "big company" that I called and it was very similar to the other company, but the Heaven's Best representative was more knowledgeable and professional, so we went with them. A team of two people showed up within 5 minutes of the scheduled time. They were very polite and professional, and dressed in uniforms. They completed the work in less than an hour and the carpets look great!!! They did a walk through with me before and after the job.

They did a wonderful job. Pet spots left by previous cleaning companies came right out. Very impressed. My house even smelled great from the deodorizer they used. Carpets were dry in about an hour, compared to all day like the last cleaner. Thank you!

They sent out two very polite, uniformed, professional technicians. They cleaned four of my bedroom rugs and a flight of stairs. The master bedroom had many pet stains and a foul pet urine odor. When the cleaning was done the stains and odor were gone. I was amazed! I will definitly use this company again.
