Heaven's Best was fantastic. We were in the house for 7 years with 4 kids and off white carpet. The technicians were up front about what they anticipated might be a problem and in the end they were able to remove most of the stains *ranging from coffee to nail polish to paint and countless other stains in addition to making the high traffic areas nearly flawless. note: we steam cleaned the high trafgic areas about 2x per year and it would take 2 days then used spot treatment for other areas. Heaven's Best accomplished way more in just over an our and the results were amazing. Technicians were trustworthy and personable and they charged almost $100 less than Stanley Steamer -who I could never get a hold of.
