This company is excellent. As far as the review of someone saying Don't use the they must crazy. My service with them have been wonderful with no issues or complaints. Some people who have warranty Don't understand how it works which in turn makes Hawkins Heating & Cooling look like the bad guys. I first hand know its all on the warranty company when surprise cost comes due that we are responsible for. However this company is GREAT. THANKS FOR YOUR TIME.

They provided a written estimate of all the work they were going to do. Mr. Hawkins set a date to start the work and told me when it would be completed. Everything went just as planned. I couldn't be happier with the price and the workmanship. The job was completed on time and has worked perfectly. My Mother was so pleased that all she can say is the temperature in the house is nice and even in all the rooms and the new system is so quite she can't even hear it run. I think I made the right choice in choosing Hawkins Heating and Cooling. Mr. Richard Hawkins and his crew did a great job.

Our air conditioner stopped working late on a Friday evening. We have a home warranty service that assigned us to Hawkins for service. The person that answered the phone spoke so quickly and curtly that I couldn't understand what she'd said or if I had the right number. I paused and asked if this were Hawkins and she repeated herself in a slower but irritated voice. I told her that we'd be interested in getting emergency service since we had out of town company and it was the weekend and she told me that I'd have to get this authorized by our home warranty service and they would have to call her directly. When my warranty service called them, they got voice mail so left a message asking for a quote for the emergency service call. Neither of us received a call back from Hawkins over the weekend. I called my warranty service back on Monday afternoon to report there had been no follow-up. We tried to call Hawkins again and got their voice mail again. Our issue was reassigned to another company. Apparently Hawkins doesn't need new customers.

The experience was great. He has a ton of integrity, shows up when he says he is going to be. He had to visit several times, but he was on top of it.
