 + -1 moreThey replaced damaged hardwood floor, and left a few tiny gaps (1/2-3/4 inch) between end of wood and floor molding. Had a piece of wood that had the correct color stain I wanted them to match--but the first staining was with the wrong color stain so had to sand and re-stain which meant a total of 2 weeks out of the house. The crew doing the work were fine, except for the tiny gaps, but the salesman told them the incorrect stain color. Would not recommend them to anyone.
