They went bankrupt on our development but are still doing work in the area. So many issues have come up such as a plumbing problem I had with my plumbing. A pipe was crossed over a drier vent which caused condensation and a leak in the ceiling. Water in the homes comes in through the light fixtures and window sills. My gas fireplace doesn?t work and Ervine didn?t pay for the warrantee so I can?t get it fixed. The walls of my stairs started bowing in, and when I called them they sent someone over with a staple gun. I had to call a structural engineer to make sure that there were no issues. The engineer told me the drywall was disconnected from the beams. I had to threaten Ervine with legal action in order to get them to complete the work. Our deck was not reinforced with any metal pieces so the railing was very flimsy. Our granite in the kitchen breakfast nook was not installed properly so it was bowing and rocked around whenever you put weight on it. All in all, this company did a horrible job and I would not recommend them to others.
