Eagle Home Services

We hired this company through our Home Warranty Service. We were told that the work we needed done was not covered under our contract and that the repairs would be out of pocket and we had to deal with the contractor directly. Leonard Jones arrived in front of my house in a red pickup truck with a confederate flag painted on the entire hood of the truck. I ignored that but when he saw I was black he asked for payment up front and would not do anywork without payment. We paid Leonard Jones of Eagle Service Home Improvement for the repairs. Leonard replaced the kitchen faucet but stated he needed some other parts to complete the task. He left my home and was supposed to return with the needed parts and never returned. About 2 weeks later I called the home warranty service and they placed a call to Eagle Services, Leonard stated to AHS that he would return that day to complete the work. Leonard never returned. We placed the call to AHS 2 more times, to no avail. Within 11 months of the service the kitchen faucet completely broke off the sink. Eagle Services Home Improvement has an Unconditionaly 12 month warranty on Labor and Material as seen here at this link: http://www.superpages.com/bp/Cross-Junction-VA/Eagle-Services-Home-Improvement-L2076751027.htm. We called AHS only to learn that Eagle Services has been removed from their roster for too many customer service complaints and AHS no longer deals with this company. They called him anyway but he refused to speak to them to resolve this issue. So I called Leonard myself and he informed me that even though I hired him directly to fix my plumbing he didn't deal with the home warranty service any longer so he does not have to honor his contract with me. After numerous phone calls and texting he agreed to refund the money I paid him. I supplied my address and 2 weeks later he informed me that I would have to pursue him through whatever channels available because he has no intentions of honoring his warranty or refunding the money I paid him. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE OR ANY OTHER SERVICE OFFERED BY LEONARD JONES of Cross Junction VA. if you don't beleive me email me and I will send his text messages to me.

The day after filing this report on Eagle Home Services Leonard gave me a full refund.
