Dan didn?t pressure me into purchasing. He understood exactly what I was looking for and found a home that exceeded my expectations but not my price range. Dan is very ethical and professional. His extensive knowledge of the real estate market and tax laws made the entire purchasing and closing process a breeze. He negotiated an excellent purchase price. I highly recommend Dan to everyone that is selling or purchasing a home. Even after purchasing my home a year ago, Dan still provides excellent customer service. He is always prompt and courteous in responding to any questions I have.
