Blackcrow Builders

I have used Blackcrow Builders to get the house ready for sale, and he was (and is) excellent. His name is John Walker. He did all the pickup work that needed to be done. We had some insurance work from storm damage where he replaced dry wall. He ripped out the water damage in the garage and replaced the dry wall and painted it. He did some electrical work. He did all kinds of handyman stuff to get this house ready for sale. After he'd finished all that, my washing machine broke and he came back and fixed that. I am sure his price was reasonable. I'm trying to get him to move to Arizona with me!

I could not be more pleased with John's work. He was punctual and, if he needed to be late or elsewhere, he notified me. He is always professional. He is also very nice. For example, one morning as he was on his way to the garbage dump, he stopped at the house to pick up some trash that we had accumulated even though it was not his responsibility. He is careful, neat, and cleans up after himself.

He's the best general contractor in this area. I had a roofing company come and tell me what was wrong with my roof and they were going to charge me $475. He came over and told me it was something totally different and fixed it for $300. He's very reasonable and his work is amazing. He comes when he says he is going to and does the job.
