Responded immediately to my first call/inquiry and came out to house the next day to provide quote and discuss work. Provided a quote before leaving. I called back 3 days later after receiving another non-competitive quote (other provider didn't seem to want the work to be honest) - work was scheduled for the following Monday. I have used Belford Roofing at my current home and been very pleased. When I bought my new home the first call I made was to Terry Belford for replacement of old leaking gutters with new seamless gutters and gutter screens. Terry noticed that the leaky old downspouts were not directing the water away from the house and installed new extended downspouts directing the water to the sides of the yard instead of against the foundation. While he was there he inspected the roof and discovered the roof had been improperly installed, had no chimney flashing, cracking rubber around the vents and was the source of many current and potential leaks. He pulled no punches and told me the roof could not be repaired and had to be replaced - not what I wanted to hear, but by identifying a harry-homeowner roof job he has spared me the expense of additional interior repairs caused by future leaks. Terry will not be replacing the roof until spring, but he repaired the areas leaking around the chimney and vents. When I asked him about payment he said there was no charge since I was giving him the roof replacement job come spring. When is the last time someone fixed something for you and said there was no charge? I will never hesitate to recommend Belford Roofing and Seamless Guttering Inc. to anyone.

Terry and his crew did an outstanding job. I called for the gutters and concerns about a leaking flat roof installation on my porch. Terry suggested he check out the main roof while he was up there and found several vent and flashing problems that could have caused serious leaks that would have been very costly. He also found that the flat roof had been improperly done with shingles. He not only gave me a great price for replacing the leaking flat roof, but also for the repairs on the main roof. The new seamless gutters were done quickly and at a fair price. I have recommended him to many people and will continue to rely on him. He has also recommended other service providers that I was also very happy with.

I had mold in my attic and the shingles all needed to be replaced. The attic mold was caused by a bathroom vent being vented directly into the attic. Belford Roofing removed all of the shingles and then the bottom 2 plywood sheets where the mold had accumulated and spray a mold killing solution on the roof trusses. Because the bathroom vent was for a stove and not a bathroom I needed a sheet metal company to come in and fix the mess. Belford Roofing told me to have the sheet metal company come at any time and they would break away from what they were doing and remove the plywood and set things up for them. Everything happened like clockwork and Belford Roofing did a great job.
