Arcadian Property Management is operated by Bryce Duvall. In my opinion it is the absolute worse landscaping company in Winchester and Frederick County Virginia! The worst thing about Mr. Duvall is he will not even give his customers the common courtesy of returning telephone calls. I've called and called him time after time about problems in an area where he holds a contractual agreement with the HOA. Arcadian's work product is less than satisfactory most of the time. They have damaged mine and other's personal property and then it s like pulling teeth trying to get them to acknowledge responsibility. The only reason I think the board of directors of our HOA keeps this company under contract is they are the cheapest but of course you get the cheapest work too. The owner has absolutely no respect for the home owners in this community. He has gotten combative with me on more than one occasion. Anytime I need something or want something corrected I have to go through the HOA contact on the board of directors to get it done because Bryce Duvall simply will not return telephone messages! Another thing about this group is they hire mostly a hispanic work force. You can not communicate with most of them and if you try they just look at you as if you were some sort of an alien from another planet. If you want a landscaping company that you will be happy with STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!
