All Weather Heating & Air Conditioning

Horrible, this company is the worst. Do not use them. Missed several appointments with no calls/ no shows. Techs were incompetent and lazy. My recommendation is that you use another company that wants your business. This company has no idea how to make a customer happy. Would not use ever!

They were fine. I had no problems. They were honest. My interactions with them was good. I'll probably call them again.

On 7-21-2014 my H/C was not working right, called my regular guy, he was smart with me on the phone. Picked up my June angies list mag and saw All weather heating and air ad, with a $500.00 coupon.  When I saw that they were in frederick county va. like me I called. Everyone their is a GOD  sent from the lady that answer the phone, to the two men that came out to give me a FREE replacement price. When my reg guy showed up he said he could not find anything wrong, but I know there was a problem, it was acting the same way it did 3 weeks earlier when he came out and changed the motor, and charged me $400.00. As soon as he left I call the nice lady back and with in the hour the 2 men came checked out everything, gave me the price and was gone. When my husband came home I talked to him and told him about my day and about how nice everyone was at All weather heating and air, and about the reg guy:( He said call them and get it put in, so I did it was after 5 he said -they won't be their ,but they were, the nice lady said when do you want it done, I said tomorrow 7-22-2014., she checked everything said they could do it. They came on tuesday like they said ,it took 4 hours and everyone was great. If you live in Frederick County Va. and your looking for great heating and air people, then this is the people to call:):)

So far these guys have been great, I called around lunchtime Friday on a holiday weekend and had a tech on site at 7:30pm that evening. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem but unfortunately it's not an easy fix. I'll follow up if I have these guys replace my ground floor system, they have provided a reasonable quote for a replacement system and the service call was less than $70. So far so good...

I ignored the previous F rating from another customer on April 15, 2014 as a NO Show.  I figured this had to be a bad day for them as their orverall rating was an A.      Well, guess they were right.  Mine was also a NO Show.  Maybe a pattern developing.    the Day Started off good,  Called ALL Weather, no one answered but I left a voice mail.  within minutes recieved a call back and scheduled the AC maintenance for later that day.   the "window" of arrival came and went with a No show.  So I called All Weather back.  no one answered the phone.   left a message.   I'm now on day two, still never received a courtesy  call  ...  'hey cant' make it today" or "lets reschedule".        I realize things happen, schedules get missed, but no communications to customers who are waiting, taking time off work.    Will be shopping again today for another HVAC company.

The contractor was a no show.

Called at 8 a.m. Gal answered on the 2nd ring. Told her my HVAC wasn't working and she took my information. Said she'd  have someone out to the house today between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. the same day.
Gentleman showed up at 11:50 a.m. Spent about an hour with my husband, sorting through what happened, showing him how the systems work and suggesting what might become an issue later on. Most importantly ... he got the heat back up and running.
Fast and professional. And they were willing to travel to our cabin in the middle of nowhere. Can't ask for anything more. Will call them again in a heartbeat if we need more help.

They did not call when they said they would and did not show up when they said they would. We had a big project so we expected it to take a while but they were not very good about respecting our time and keeping us upto date on things.

They fixed my heater, thank goodness

Appt window was 9-11, provider did not show up, nor was there a call.  When we called to inquire, we were told they were backed up with emergency calls from people with no heat.  Understand that's a priority, but a call would have been appreciated, my time is just as important.  Person on the phone did apologize for not calling, but doesn't give me back the time lost waiting for them.

Appointment was set for as soon as possible, did not wait several days. Contractor identified the problem quickly. Provided explanation about what happened and if there was any preventive measures. Contractor was prompt; even called to state when he was on the way.

It went well .They came on time and replaced the part  I am very happy and would use them again.

Excellent service and friendly, knowledgeable tech.  Couldn't ask for more.  Was prompt, able to get a service call on a SATURDAY at no extra charge.  Honest and even told me that I didn't need an upstairs unit when I was told by another company last year that I did.  Didn't try to sell me options and service I didn't need.  That's refreshing.
I would highly recommend this company for your AC work.

They were running a spring special to inspect heat/ac; more specifically the cooling system since it is spring. I had an appointment scheduled for the previous Saturday but they called prior to my scheduled window to reschedule because it was too cold outside to do it.  It has to be a certain temperature for the cooling system inspection. It was easily rescheduled for today.  I received a call that the job prior to mine was running over and I could expect the person to arrive in about 30 minutes. The man arrived, completed the inspection, and needed to add refrigerant--one pound @ $90/pound. He was very professional and didn't leave a mess for me to clean up after he left. 
This is the second time I have called All Weather Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.  The first time was for a fall inspection of the heating system when we first bought our house 2 years ago. I would most definitely call them for any heating or air conditioning needs in addition to the spring and fall inspections. They are courteous, professional and reasonably priced.

All Weather was very professional, arriving on time and respectful. Sean did a fantastic job fixing my air conditioning system.  I recommend them to anyone.  I will be using them again!

Tech arrived 10 mins early, had all tools needed, went right to work, performed his work quickly, but competently, completed work within the estimated time, actually early, cleaned up once he was finished, and left you would have never know he was here.  Very competent company
