 + -1 moreHe came by late December to cut the tree but he said that the ground was too wet so he'll be back if isn't wet anymore he said he would need a cherry picker as well. He gave us an estimate of 1800 and he asked for half deposit so i gave him 900 deposit. Then he promised that he will be back after the holiday but it's been 3 months now and until now he never showed up. We talked several times and he always giving me excuses. I will make an action now and i will create a police report about this case and i will let my atty to handle this.
