He came by late December to cut the tree but he said that the ground was too wet so he'll be back if isn't wet anymore he said he would need a cherry picker as well. He gave us an estimate of 1800 and he asked for half deposit so i gave him 900 deposit. Then he promised that he will be back after the holiday but it's been 3 months now and until now he never showed up. We talked several times and he always giving me excuses. I will make an action now and i will create a police report about this case and i will let my atty to handle this.
