With lots of prayer, hard work, and perseverance, 3D Cleaning has been blessed to become a thriving company centrally located at 2139 Valley Avenue in Winchester, Virginia. Since 1990, 3D Cleaning now has more than 30 employees, 15 vehicles, and currently covers an area of over 17,500 square miles. The success of 3D Cleaning has not overwhelmed our core values and beliefs. We believe faith and family are of utmost importance, and could not have built our company without the combination of the two. Darlene personally conducts on-site estimates to ensure that expectations are exceeded and to create long lasting customer relationships. Family owned. Additional DBA - 3D Cleaning. I am giving 3D Cleaning an overall F because of the attitude and arrogance of the owner, Darlene. I have used this service since January 2016, and have been satisfied with cleaning crew and the service provided. They showed up on time and did a reasonably good job. The problem started when I needed to make a change to the schedule during a period when Darlene was out of town or unavailable. I left a message with one of her office staff requesting the change and asked some questions, which the person taking the message could not answer. She said that Darlene would call me back the following week when she returned. Darlene made a change and put me into a slot that was much later than I requested and did call me to tell of the time or ask if it was convenient. I called the following day and talked to Darlene, who said her message did not say to call back, so she didn't. When I told her this was not the case and I was expecting a call to advise me if the arrival time I requested fit the schedule, she immediately became very defensive and hostile and told me that I had three options: 1. Take the original schedule, 2. Keep the revised schedule which was hours later that what I wanted. Or, 3. Find a new service. She was very nasty and said she was having a bad day and would call back when she calmed down. She did call back several days later and I told her that we both probably had a bad day and this was just a simple misunderstanding on both our parts and I would stick to the original schedule. Darlene led me to believe that she did not want to deal with me in the future and said I should find another company to do my cleaning. She further said that when she makes a decision she never changes her mind. I thought that the customer was always right and my giving in to her rigid ultimatium would set things right. Apparently 3D Cleaning has so much business that they can dictate every detail of the service to their customers and if you dare question them or try to make a change that is convenient to you, they refuse your business. They bill themselves as a company based on Christen values. This is not Christen philosophy, it is the height of arrogance. If you want to walk on egg shells each time you have to deal with Darlene, use this company, otherwise stay clear.

Some things I would like to point out, you asked for us not to come before 10:00 am and I told you that would not be a problem and we showed up around 12:30. You called the office and started yelling at me because we did not get there at 10:00 am. So I tried to remind you that i could not promise you that we could get there at 10:00 am the only time I can promise anyone is 8:00 am, but you did not want to hear that. I told you that I was getting up set and I thought it would be best If we talked latter. I called you back the following Monday and yes I told you it would be best if you found different company to clean for you. Second thing, I don't have to keep costumers that treat me the way you did. Lastly, I am a child of God! To me Its very sad that because I don't want a customer that's going to scream and yell at me, that I'm not a Christian. Again, thank you for your review. Darlene"

We've been faithful customers for many years. Everything looks wonderful. I'm very, very happy. Pricing is fine. It's very reasonable and I'm very pleased with it. They are very good. They send someone who is one of their assistant managers over to make sure everything's alright. They are always on time. They show up when they say they will.

I felt the 2 guys that came did a good job. I was glad I was home to look at the windows because there were a few that needed to be redone. Other than that they were very willing to do a good job.

Our cleaning team leader, Linda, made sure all jobs were done. She checked before leaving to make sure I was happy. I was! I will be using their service twice a month from now on.

The first cleaning took several people and several hours. (It had been a while since my house had been thouroghly cleaned.) There were still some issues after this cleaning to include cobwebs in the corners of ceilings and dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling near the ceiling fans. The rugs weren't very clean either. I received a call the next day from the office mananger asking if the cleaning was to my satisfaction. I told them of my concerns and they said they would correct it on the next cleaning. By the 3rd cleaning, the cobwebs were gone but the dust bunnies still existed and the rugs looked like they had not been touched. On the 4th cleaning, the same issues existed and a small tray was knocked off of my wall. The note left said "This fell from the wall. I tried to put it back up but it wouldn't stay." Of course it wouldn't stay because it was in 3 pieces. I then sent an email with my concerns and letting them know I would not need there services. I recieved an email back letting me know they would credit the last cleaning and if I wanted there services in the future to let them know.

Everything was great as usual. Have used 3D Cleaning for the last nine years with no complaints. I chose this company when I moved to the area based on the fact they performed background checks on employees. I have been happy with their service and many of their employees have been with the company during the years they have been cleaning for me. They are all very friendly.

3D Cleaning makes our house shine. The floors, bathrooms and counter tops sparkle. The sofas, rugs and furniture get a good cleaning as well as the baseboards and wall hangings.
Our daughter is allergic to harsh cleaners but she never has a reaction after 3D has been here.
Anyone can fluff the pillows and make a house look clean on the surface but 3D cleaning gets into the details and makes sure the house actually is clean even in the hidden corners.
Darlene does not believe in having even a slightly unhappy customer. If anything goes wrong, she will make it right.

The team of 3 arrives promptly and gets to work right away. Susan's team is great! They all are very nice ladies and do a great job keeping my home looking nice. If there is a problem, I'll address it with either Susan or Darlene and it is resolved favorably right away. 3-D is easy to work with and is accommodating to my schedule--either work or vacation. I can trust 3-D to be in my home regardless of whether I am there or not. I also have a dog who the ladies are very nice to!

They usually have a crew of three. They are very thorough and responsive if there is a problem. They try to keep the same crew each time but maintain detailed records for any crew. Most cleans. They will commit to a day but not a time. They are very flexible about allowing customers to change days.

Wasn't at home but when I arrived house all windows were sparkling. Few things were not placed back in order inside but otherwise very happy. One whole of wine broken. Definitely very professional.

Three ladies showed up promptly at 8:30 AM and proceeded to do their individual jobs: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and toilets. They finished at 9:50 - a three bedroom, 3 bathroom house.
