The county required all homeowners to connect to the new sewage lines last summer. Woods was very knowledgable and experienced with the process and very busy, since our whole area had a deadline for connecting. At my house, they had to remove a section of sidewalk in order to find the septic tank. They were not reliable about times for service, but did complete the installation within the given time frame. Since they had so many conflicting obligations at the same time, they didn't do a good job of grading and clearing the area. They left a lot for me to finish, but the connection was completely successful.

It took less than 10 mins. to complete and he wanted to charge me a $20 fuel surcharge when his company is less than a mile away from my house. When I called to complain to the manager(John Woods)he told me, and very rudely, that I should have thought about all of this BEFORE I called him. In addition, he proceeded to yell at me over the phone. I later had estimates on the same work and it was about $100 less. Later I checked with the Better Business Bureau and found that they had a poor rating. I wish I had checked that before.
