I've been using them since I moved here 5 years ago. There have been many many service calls for routine maintenance and repairs.
New Fords have a system on them called Sync. It's an electronic system that has a map and entertainment and a bunch of things. They're not good at that at all. I'm disappointed with them on that. They don't have a qualified technician who's expert. It's complicated and a regular electrician is lost trying to do it.
It took about an hour. The waiting area was very clean and spacious. It was as good as I've ever seen. They were courteous, professional and good natured. They don't offer a car wash but I guess they would if I asked for it. It's not part of the routine service and they don't ask if I want it.

Their price is average. I am an ex-Ford power train engineer and they have tried to take advantage of me and my wife a couple of times. They told me eight years ago that I needed a new AC compressor on my 2001 Lincoln Atlas. That the same compressor is still working just fine today. I run diagnostics on it myself and it did not need anything. I basically sat in the general manager’s office and basically said that they were taking advantage of people because 99% of the people would say go ahead and do it. I use them because I do not want to get rid of used oil item. I am perfectly capable of changing my oil, but I just do not like dealing with used oil. They do a quick change. Their responsiveness is pretty good most of the time. If you have an appointment, they are punctual. I use the quick change thing. I would use them again just because it is easy.

I am fully satisfied. They are not cheap, but try hard to please and stand behind their work. Their dealings with me have been completely fair and they clearly want to meet their customers' expectations. Their work is on time and the pricing is clear and straightforward for parts or labor. I trust them. In one instance, my older Ford had a persistently difficult electrical problem that was very difficult to solve. They have pursued this diligently, providing me loaner cars and working at the problem. When I spoke with their service manager, Ms. Lynn Carter, she was very clear that they would satisfy my requirements and not let me go away unhappy. Their premises are open and comfortable and they provide free coffee. The service writers are accessible and will spend the time to talk with clients to answer questions. They offer loaner cars and a ride to and from your home or place of work if it is within reasonable distance, in my case 12 miles. I have faith in this dealer and in the service department and am getting my money's worth when I buy from them and use their services. Next car? A Ford from them. Next repair or oil and lube? Same. High quality and customer focus are precious when you find them!

Oil change was fine. Purchased car new from dealership. Upon visit for oil change asked by mechanic when we had accident. Told him never been in accident especially with 1200 miles on car and we got it from them. Found out that hood and driver front fender replaced and painted and that the driver door was repainted. Come to find out that the car was damaged in route to dealership and repaired. This was not revealed to us before purchase. Bad way to do business.

Spent $328 dollars to fix the air conditioning and it still doesn't work. Took it back and they want another $815 to fix it. The repairs they did for the $328 were not needed. I know this because I had it checked out prior to taking it to them and the things they supposedly fixed, were working fine. I asked for some of the $328 back to apply to the $815 and they said no, even though I explained that those items did not need fixed in the first place. I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership, and had them serviced here. Never again will I deal with this dealership. I highly discourage anyone from using this business.

Scheduled my appointment on-line .... it was a snap.
Vehicle check-in was quick and easy.
I asked for a phone call when the truck was finished ... that was done.
One down side: They replaced my air filter (that did need to be replaced) without asking me for authorization. I normally do that task for myself at about 1/5 of what they charge. Because everything else went well, I decided not to make an issue of it.

My husband took it in without an appointment and they looked at it right away. They determined that they were going to need some parts that would not be there until the afternoon. They brought my husband back to the hotel. They said the car would be ready by 4 pm and it was. My husband thought the charge would be a lot more. They could have taken us for a lot more money because we were at their mercy and they knew that.
