All went perfectly and was completely to my satisfaction. Mike, the owner, was responsive over the phone and showed up the next day as scheduled, right on time. He was friendly, professional and courteous. He was happy to explain all that he was doing and happy to discuss technical details of the work in response to my questions. His work was quick, expert and economical. I was highly pleased and will definitely use Williamsburg Electrical Services for any future work. I will recommend this firm to neighbors, friends and family.

We received a prompt estimate which we accepted and the work was scheduled as soon as the light fixtures arrived (about 7 days from receipt of estimate to completion of work).

They did great.  I told them what I did before they arrived, they quickly assessed by my inputs on where the problem may be and within 15 minutes found the short.  Before calling Williamsburg Electrical services, I called two other big companies and their estimates were over 500 and the other 800.  I would highly recommend calling Mike and Williamsburg Electrical services.  They performed the repairs in 100 dollars.  They are life savers, specially during the Christmas Season.  Thank you guys!

From the time I called Mike until the repairs were completed was less than 4 hours. He was thorough, professional, prompt and exceeded expectations. I've put the phone number on my list for future need.

My garage door opener in my recenly purchased house had an extension cord tacked along the ceiling to a wall outlet. I decided that a proper outlet for the opener should be intalled. I made an appointment and they came out promptly on time and professionally ran power and installed two ceiling electrical outlets. One for the garage door opener and another for a shop light.

It was the day before Thanksgiving and the old stove burned out. I had called all around that morning and they were the only ones that could fit us in. The old stove was hard wired in the back instead of a plug. So I wanted someone professional to put a 240 plug on the end so the new stove could plug into it. I know its not a very difficult task, but I did have to work that day and we had relatives coming in. They showed up on time and very professional and had a new plug on the end of the wiring in about 5 minutes, according to my wife. Would highly recommend them again, but I thought 120.00 was a tad steep for the simple task at hand. Must have been holiday overtime pay. All in all would still highly recommend them and use again.

I had replaced the light fixture and the 3 light switches with no luck. They checked the switches and fixture to see if had connected them correctly. he said that he did not see a priblem and went under the house to check out a wire. It had been cut when I had a new sliding rear door replaced. installed a new box and wire under the home to fix the problem. They were very professional and arrived on time and did a great job.

They were incredibly responsive. In fact, I called them from work, and the technician beat me to my house. He was very professional and courteous. If I could use him for all types of services, I certainly would!

They were very prompt in getting back to me and letting me know when they could stop by when I called them for the quote. They were very accommodating around my schedule. They came on time to do the work. It was a small job. They were very pleasant. They cleaned up and were very informative on what they did. I was very impressed with the person that came to do the quote. They sent someone else to do the work but the person that did the quote actually stopped by to let me know that someone else would be doing the work. I really liked that. I would definitely have them come back to do work in the future which could be a large project.
