They made an appointment and showed up on time ready to work.
They cleaned three area carpets and was sensitive to the carpets make up and construction. Being wool he turned down the temperature and pressure used. After he was finished with one carpet he did not think it was up to standards and redid the carpet from another direction to ensure he caught all dirt caught in the nap. as cleaning solution over sprayed onto the wood floor he quickly wiped it up maintaining a clean dry area.

When I called to ask about this service the phone was answered promptly and politely by the owner. He offered me a few times for the service and confirmed the date and time twice. It is a family owned and operated company. Price was very reasonable: including a 20% discount, 600 square feet of carpet was cleaned for $203.
