Positives: three persons spread much very professionally, yard looks nice.
Hard to reach by phone, no call backs, Supervisior did not want to take responsibility for what was promised by sales person.
Truck was supposed to remain at job in order to supply more mulch if needed, instead truck was sent else where and mulch dumped on driveway. (Driveway was cleaned up). I would have purchased additional mulch.
Scheduled and the crew showed up on time. They and quot;blewand quot; in the mulch and were very cautious of existing plants. Followed the order (amount)
Waltrip's website is excellent for depicting the numerous varieties of mulch - I don't think anyone in the area can come close to their variety. Why pay a thrid party to load, haul, and manually apply, when you can get such reasonably priced service (with sufficient minimum order). I DO have an above average sized yard (1.3 acres) with numerous beds.
One competitor quoted roughly 4x this price for same work.Will return to Waltrip again when needed. You need large scale to make it economical (or perhaps neighbors can go in together).
