The team came out and did what I had asked them to do and more. They were very good at communicating and we had a couple of surprises when they were fixing the house (typical for an older house). They brought these items to my attention, and fixed those items and the original items while meeting the original deadline of getting the work done. They were very thorough with keeping me informed of the cost of the repairs.

Crew was efficient, polite, professional and clean.  Floor was laid out thoughtfully with regard to pattern and alignment, and installed well.  Trim work was well done.  Only minor complaint is they forgot to follow up on fixing a few flaws such as a larger than normal gap between boards in one corner.  Overall, I was well-satisfied.

Casey and his crew did a great job, alerted me to a couple of moisture damaged areas and remedied it, even going on the roof to check for leaks near my chimney. Casey was very nice to work with and very professional. He's down to earth and honest. All the wonderful things that I had heard about him from my realtor were true!

I am still waiting for work to be completed to my satisfaction and which  has been agreed to by the company which was been paid.

Update:  Though the company promised to repair unsatisfactory work ,which they admitted to, we never heard from them again.

Update:   I received a call from Wayne the very next day following my update on Angie's List two days ago. He arrived today Nov. 4 and repaired the botched job on our siding. in a little over 3 hours. He said that his mistake waa 'skimping on materials" for the unsatisfactory work done in Sept. I have used Wayne and Casey for many years with no problems. My overall outlay has been around $20,000.  To have this kind of experience provided to a loyal customer is beyond comprehension. And it is obvious that if it wasn't for Angie's List, I wouild not have heard from this company again.  Thanks Angie.

Wayne with Triangle Home Improvement was wonderful to work with.  We had water seep in under our patio door and rot our subflooring, so we decided to replace all of our vinyl and carpet with laminate flooring.  We purchased the flooring from Lumber Liquidators and Triangle Home Improvement fixed the subflooring issues, installed the new laminate flooring, and installed a new patio door to prevent water problems in the future.  While they were there, I also asked them put our shutters back up that we had taken down to paint.  The entire crew is friendly and courteous.  They did the demo and install much faster than I ever anticipated and cleaned up afterwards.  The new floors are amazing, I have had multiple compliments and have given Triangle's information to several people already.  I highly recommend Triangle.

Casey and the crew did a nice job installing 2 architectural columns inside our home.

.  The renovation was completed in  10 days as promised.  One inside wall had to be taken down and a half wall built.  New floor tile installed.  Plumbing had to be moved to accommodate new double sink vanity and re-location of toilet. . Two coats of paint on walls.  Bottom line: Have used this provider for many other projects including installation of Pella French Doors, Renovating a screened-in  porch and  recently painting  the ceiling in two rooms.  Nobody does it better.Highly recommended.
